Our girls need us before menstrual shame reaches her first
Long before her first period arrives, a girl is already learning what menstruation means.
She's noticing what's whispered about.
What gets hidden. The jokes. The embarrassment.
How the women around her speak about - or disconnect from - their own bodies.
And when her first period eventually arrives, she's learning far more than how to use a pad.
She's learning:
Is my changing body welcome?
Can I ask for what I need?
Is this something to celebrate or conceal?
Do I belong still now I'm changing?
Am I safe in my body - and what about the world?
This is why First Moon Circles® exist.
Girls absolutely need accurate menstrual and puberty education.
But information is not initiation. A rite of passage is.
Information can tell a girl what is happening.
A consciously held rite of passage can change what the experience means to her.
It can meet her with knowledge, reverence, sisterhood, celebration and care at a formative threshold in her life.
And that requires women who are prepared to hold it.
Passion matters. Lived experience matters. Your own reclamation matters.
But your calling isn't your qualification. It's your reason to become qualified.
Our girls deserve more than our good intentions. They deserve skilled, confident women who know how to educate, facilitate, include, safeguard and hold this threshold with depth and care.
That's what First Moon Circle® Facilitator Training prepares you to become.
YES - I'M READY TO TAKE MY PLACEWomen just like you are already doing this
Stacey @RedSisters
Mums will pull you aside and say "I've been watching your stuff and I really want to do a circle for my daughter". Mums are the ones that are giving their daughter this experience, so there's a lot of pride in that, and then they're thinking back to their story, and so you're holding space for the mums too, which is really nice.
Elizabeth @MyClubRed
It has been such a gift for me to see very clear evidence of how much this matters, I can see immediately the impact in my community and how much me saying yes and showing up even when life was not what I expected. It has been so rewarding on every level - including like keeping my business afloat. This has, honestly, it's become like the cornerstone of my business.
For so many of our facilitators, First Moon Circles are so not just a program they can teach - but the training becomes a doorway into a bigger, truer career and business than they first imagined.
Women may come into the training because they want to change the way girls experience menarche.
But once they’re trained and begin carrying the work, something else often happens.
They realise they now have knowledge, skills and real ability to create their own programs off the back of what they learnt in the course. And I love that!
For some, they create women's workshops and circles.
For others, they create ongoing sister circles for girls to keep coming back to find friendship and support in a regular circle setting.
Some move into school work, or expand into women's hormone health, or take their facilitation skills and create their own modalities.
Like....
Elizabeth now travels across several counties in Utah holding sold-out First Moon Circles. They’ve become the cornerstone of her business, and she's been invited to share about her circles on television twice.
Stacey holds First Moon Circles and mother-daughter circles in Melbourne and is creating her own school program to bring better menstrual education into schools.
Giselle is booked up all year. Her public First Moon Circles sell out, mothers book her privately to hold circles especially for their daughters, and she has become one of our School mentors.
Beth fills her circles, consults with schools, teaches menstrual education in high schools, created further sisterhood circles for girls and became one of our mentors.
Ellie and Georgia have taken First Moon Circles to festivals, to promote their businesses far and wide, and reach lots of girls at once.
And Shivani in Sri Lanka has taken this work further into menstrual education with girls and schools - plus she's created her own parent programs venturing into related topics to compliment her circles.
Different women, different places, different expressions of the same work. All because of this training.
First Moon Circle® School gives you the professional foundation — the menstrual and puberty knowledge, facilitation skills, complete methodology, certification, lifetime licence, resources and business support to hold First Moon Circles.
So where could it take you??
🌹 Your Enrolment Offer
I've been listening carefully to what has been making women hesitate about joining us this September.
And one of the biggest concerns isn't simply: Will I complete the training?
It's "will I actually DO something with it afterwards?"
Will I finish another year with another beautiful certification, only to wait six months for more time, more confidence or the perfect plan before actually putting myself out there?
I don't want that for you.
I want you to know - this isn't another course to consume.
We support you after the live course to get your paid circles up and running.
A certificate. A modality. Transferable Skills. A community, and a clear path towards turning everything you've learnt into your first paid circle.
Will you step in now - to become the Wise Woman girls need?

YES I'M READY TO STEP INTO THE CIRCLEWhy First Moon Circle School?
Your calling deserves more than a lesson plan.
First Moon Circle® School is home to the world's only licensed First Moon Circle® Methodology.
This isn't a collection of activities downloaded from the internet and a certificate at the end.
The methodology has been refined over eight years of real circles, real girls and real families and is now carried by nearly 200 Certified First Moon Circle® Facilitators across five continents.
Throughout the training, you'll move from your own reclamation into the professional knowledge and practical skill required to hold this work confidently.
You'll learn menstrual and puberty education, cycle awareness, rites of passage, child facilitation, trauma-aware and inclusive practice, safeguarding and duty of care.
You'll receive the complete First Moon Circle® Methodology — every lesson, activity, ritual, script and resource you need to facilitate your own circles.
And you'll learn how to actually bring the work into your community: pricing, invitation, visibility, marketing and filling your circles.
You'll graduate with:
🌹 IICT-recognised certification
🌹 A lifetime licence to facilitate public, private and online First Moon Circles®
🌹 The complete tried-and-tested First Moon Circle® Methodology
🌹 Lifetime access to your training
🌹 Two live-call timezone options throughout our live journey
🌹 Business and marketing support to help you bring the work into your community
🌹 Ongoing graduate community + quarterly support after certification
Because I don't want to hand you a certificate and send you off to figure it out alone.
I want you to know what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how to actually get it into the hands of the girls and families who need it.
About Charlotte Pointeaux
Charlotte Pointeaux is an internationally award-winning coach, ordained priestess and Founder of First Moon Circle® School.
For almost twenty years, her work has centred around the art, craft and business of holding truly transformational sacred space and creating meaningful rites of passage.
Her training spans feminine embodiment, womb wisdom, energy work and facilitation, and she has trained hundreds of women to become skilled space-holders and supported them to build meaningful, abundant businesses around their medicine.
Charlotte created First Moon Circles® from the rites of passage she began holding for girls and mothers in her own community. Over eight years, that work has evolved into the licensed First Moon Circle® Methodology, now carried by nearly 200 Certified Facilitators across five continents.
At the heart of her work is a belief that girls deserve more than information about their changing bodies.
They deserve to be met at the threshold of menarche with knowledge, reverence, celebration and care — by women who are genuinely prepared to hold them.
With love,
Charlotte 🌹
