Session format:
- Embodied Meditation and clearing work: the first 60-90 minutes will be spent dropping into your body, to meet any tensions living in your body that hold you in a resistance pattern to stepping forwards into your work. This will take its own natural flow - and I'll gently guide you to meet the energy current running your business beneath the surface.
- Magnetism frequency: We'll explore your personal frequency, set intention, and attune your energy to the frequency of magnetism. This will expand your body's capacity to hold more, to dream bigger, and release scarcity that's stifled your decision-making, visibility and self-belief so far.
- Business Review: After a good break, we'll come back to explore your business as it stands now, and how it supports or stifles your goals. We'll look at refining your ideal client, and how you're translating your magick (offers) to her, so she doesn't just feel it - she says yes. We'll review your key offer - whether new or existing - and we'll tighten messaging, pricing, launch plans, and any other details that need tightening.
- Momentum Plan: You'll leave with an action plan, and embodiment practice to support you to keep your energy expanded and flowing for magnetic results.
