As a mum of three young children and being married to a man who doesn't have- but is keen to learn about - my cycle, I am still finding my feet when it comes to cycle syncing family life and my relationship to harmoniously complement, collaborate and know when its our turn to take one for the team at different parts of my cycle.

Sarah is a home educating, stay-at-home mama and a bit obsessed with Shonda Rhimes shows. She is passionate about peaceful parenting, justice, kitchen dance parties, and helping create a liveable planet for her son to grow up on.
