Sustaining your Inner Nature Through Your Menstrual Cycle with Sophie French
Sophie French, Founder of Earth Within, is a Sustainability academic that has now gone rogue, entering the realm of cyclical awareness and bringing a holistic approach to help her clients live a life of ease and flow through finding a rhythm in business, creativity or the day to day. She is a circle facilitator and space holder, and loves to co-create with folks in wild, ever changing ways.
Sophie and I explored the intersection of sustainability and cyclical living and how we reflect the world around us and in turn so does the world reflect our internal world. Sophie shared:
- How the menstrual cycle is a mirror for our inner nature,
- The importance of turning our focus inwards to resource our inner wellspring sustainably, which ripples outwards, and
- How she aligns her creativity with her menstrual and the moon cycles.
If you love it, I'd be so thrilled if you'd leave a review and share this with someone who you think would love it too.
Thank you!
